Greetings,

It is the fourth quarter of the year and as African American entrepreneurs it is a testament to your strength and determination. This quarter is an opportunity to finish strong and achieve your goals.

This time of the year is a chance to reflect on your accomplishments and set new milestones for the future. Just as the leaves change in autumn, embrace changes in your business strategy and adapt to the evolving market. Your unique perspective and experience are assets that set you apart in the business world.

Continue to inspire and uplift others with your entrepreneurial spirit and dedication. Please keep in mind that every setback is a setup for a comeback. Keep your eyes on your vision and keep moving forward.  As we approach the end of the year, remember that your journey as an entrepreneur is a testament to the power of perseverance.  Your success is a reflection of your determination and the support of your community. Keep thriving, keep rising.

Remember that challenges are a part of the entrepreneurial journey, still with determination, hard work, and the right strategies, you can not only survive but also thrive as an African-American business owner in San Francisco. Your contributions to the local economy and community are valuable, and your resilience can inspire others.

Sincerely,

Brigette

It is important that you RSVP to be able to attend the training in person or online by clicking on the link provided below.  Space is limited, but feel free to also forward the information to your team members or project stakeholders who may also need updated information about labor compliance requirements associated with funding you might have received from your local housing authority and other agencies that have committed monies from HUD to your projects.  Discussions may also compare Federal regulations to State compliance requirements when projects are subject to both jurisdictions.

You should receive a follow-up email with the agenda detailing the specific labor compliance topics that will be covered on November 2nd, including whenever Apprenticeship rules apply as well.
